Marwa Beljaw
youth leader from the governorate of Gafsa, took a transformative step in her journey by participating in a cascade training program designed to empower youth leaders with essential skills and knowledge to serve their communities. Through this program, Marwa honed her expertise in training methods, youth engagement strategies, and leadership development.
Equipped with these skills, Marwa decided to put her learnings into action. She signed a contract with the Saada Youth Organization branch in Gafsa, where she now serves as a trainer. In this role, Marwa organizes impactful workshops and training sessions focused on empowering youth in her community. Her dedication has fostered a culture of learning, collaboration, and empowerment among the youth in Gafsa.
