After a cascade training session for the youth of Sidi Bouzid, Ghassen Laifi received a proposal from a young participant seeking assistance with their project. Ghassen collaborated with the young individual to develop a project plan and conducted meetings for planning and research. The young participant decided to launch their project, created a Facebook page, and began implementing the project, which focuses on mountain tourism in Sidi Bouzid, including establishing a camping center. Following this, Ghassen continued to assist in training other projects to ensure their success.

Ghassen Laifi played a crucial role in the project through:

– Project Planning: Ghassen helped develop a detailed project plan with the young participant, aiding in organizing ideas and setting objectives and steps necessary for success.

– Conducting Planning and Research Meetings: Ghassen organized meetings with the participant to gather necessary information and plan effectively, which enhances the quality and effectiveness of the project implementation.

– Supporting Project Launch: After the plan was developed, Ghassen provided the necessary support for launching the project, including helping to create a Facebook page and promote the project.
