Fadi Alaya

Fadi Alaya was a beneficiary of the Kairouan Phase 1 initiative, “Nahkiw Culture.” He enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to become a youth leader during the second YLN phase. Through the training and skills he gained from YLN, Fadi was able to secure a job with the European Union, marking a significant milestone in his career. His journey highlights how the YLN process not only provides valuable experiences but also opens doors to professional opportunities.

During the second phase of the YLN project, Fadi and his team won first place for their project idea, “Annourny.” The project aims to support and guide young people who have dropped out of school toward vocational training. It offers a range of solutions including digital outreach, awareness campaigns, and a practical guide to vocational training. This guide helps youth choose the right path or specialty based on their interests, while also informing them about the locations, opportunities, and benefits of vocational education. Through this initiative, Fadi demonstrated not only leadership but also a deep commitment to creating positive impact in his community.
