Aida’s journey from motivated participant to renowned trainer in her community is a testament to the transformative power of this initiative. Her journey began in her role as Vice President of Training and Development for JCI Manzel Fersi, where she already demonstrated a passion for empowering others. When she learned about the Youth Leader Network project, her enthusiasm was palpable. « Becoming a trainer has always been my dream, » she said during her application interview. From the beginning, Aida showed unwavering discipline and motivation. She eagerly participated in all the activities, absorbing every bit of knowledge and experience. The structure of the project, which included pedagogical training followed by thematic training in entrepreneurship and project management, provided Aida with a comprehensive foundation on which to build her skills. The true test of Aida’s skills came during the cascade training phase. Here, the trained youth were expected to pass on their newly acquired skills to others.

Aida exceeded expectations. Not only did she successfully train the required 20 youth, but she went above and beyond, reaching over 60 youth in different locations and in collaboration with different associations. Her dedication and ability to connect with and inspire others did not go unnoticed. Aida’s reputation as a skilled and passionate trainer grew, leading to opportunities such as conducting a paid training session at a private center.
This milestone highlighted her growing influence and the high regard she was held in her community. Aida’s story underscores the profound impact of the Youth Leader Network project.

By providing structured training and opportunities for practical application, the project not only empowers individuals like Aida, but also fosters a ripple effect of knowledge and skills within the community. For Aida, the project has been an opportunity to achieve one of her dreams. She has now established herself as a prominent trainer, making a significant contribution to the life and development of her community. Her success is a powerful example of what can be achieved when motivation, opportunity and support come together. As Aida continues to grow in her role, she remains committed to the values that have brought her to this point. She plans to continue to educate and inspire youth, helping them realize their potential as she has realized hers. The Youth Leader Network project has not only met and supported Aida’s aspiration, but has also enriched the community, proving that when youth leaders are nurtured and given the right opportunities, their impact can be limitless.
