Ahlem Dhifi

Youth leader from Gafsa and an inspiring community organizer, made a significant impact in Hidra, a delegation in Kasserine, through her leadership and dedication. Recognizing the need to engage and empower young people in the region, Ahlem took the initiative to mobilize nearly 30 youth participants and collaborated closely with the local youth complex to coordinate efforts effectively.
Ahlem’s commitment and strategic approach allowed her to overcome the challenges of motivating the participants and ensuring their active involvement. She organized and conducted a comprehensive training program that not only captured the attention of the youth but also provided them with essential skills and knowledge, empowering them to face future challenges with confidence.
The success of the training program was evident in the enthusiasm it generated among the attendees and the acknowledgment it received from the youth complex officials. Impressed by the program’s impact, the officials requested Ahlem to establish an entrepreneurship club, a new initiative aimed at fostering entrepreneurial spirit and skills among the youth, ensuring sustained growth and development in the community.
